Wonderful, accredited facility seeking a dynamic Residential Aged Care Manager to join a leader in Aged Care who are values and purpose driven with a commitment to meeting the needs of their residents. This role requires a leader who with support from management will deliver excellence through day-to-day operational management of this beautifully appointed facility which is running smoothly.
Key responsibilities: n
Day to day operational management of the accredited facility
n
n
Ensure residents experience high quality support, care and services
n
Coach and support direct reports adhering to values of the organisation
n
Lead, manage staff to continue to achieve high standards
n
Achieve clinical and operational KPIs and maintain standards of care delivery
n
Ensure compliance with policies and procedures to meet regulatory requirements
n
Actively meet performance targets in line with financial and human resource guidelines
n
n
Ensure outstanding customer service and nurture relationships with residents, families and staff
To be successful in this role you will have: n
n
Experience as a Residential Aged Care Manager or Acting Facility Manager working within residential Aged Care
n
Responsible for AN-ACC and occupancy
n
Knowledge of Aged Care Quality
Standards/Governance
n
Understanding of day-to-day operational management of a facility
n
Knowledge of financial management and budgeting
n
Demonstrated leadership and management skills
n
n
Excellent communication and relationship skills
