The Role
This is a varied Internal Sales role where you'll spend your day helping customers over the phone, by email and at the trade counter.
It's a busy branch, particularly in the mornings when orders are being prepared for delivery, so everyone pitches in.
You'll look after customer orders from start to finish, including picking and packing them when needed.

Serving customers at the trade counter and over the phone
Responding to customer enquiries and processing orders
Helping get orders ready for daily deliveries
Restocking shelves and keeping the branch organised
Learning the products, customers and electrical wholesale industry

About You
We're open on your background.
You might already have experience in electrical or trade wholesale, or you could be coming from hospitality, retail or another customer service role and looking for a career change.
What matters is that you:
Enjoy dealing with customers and can communicate confidently
Have a strong work ethic and are happy to help wherever needed
Are switched on, reliable and keen to learn
Don't mind a role that combines sales with some hands-on work
Hold a current driver's licence
