Scrum Master
n Decarbonisation / Energy Tech Perth (Hybrid) 12-month contract
n
nOn behalf of our client, we're hiring an experienced
Scrum Master
to support delivery across a portfolio of
digital products enabling decarbonisation and energy operations
. You'll work with Product Owners, BAs, engineers, data scientists and modelling teams to establish strong Agile ways of working and keep delivery moving.n
n What you'll be doing
n

n
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (planning, stand-ups, reviews, retros)
n
Coach teams and stakeholders on Agile/Scrum principles
n
Drive backlog hygiene, sprint goals and Definition of Done
n
Remove blockers and manage cross-team dependencies/risks
n
Maintain delivery visibility through
Jira dashboards/metrics
n
Support release planning and continuous improvement
n
What we're looking for
n
n
n
5+ years




as a Scrum Master in software/product delivery
n
Solid facilitation + stakeholder management (tech + business)
n
Solid
Jira / Confluence
experience
n
Agile certification (PSM I / CSM or similar) preferred
n
Exposure to
DevOps / CI/CD / testing / release
practices helpful
n
Energy or mining
experience beneficial
n
Contract & location
n
n
n
12-month contract
n
Perth, hybrid
(typically 3 days office / 2 WFH for full-time)
