We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Casual Registered Nurses to join our team.

Your Responsibilities: n
n
Deliver safe, evidence-based nursing care in accordance with Aged Care Quality Standards
n
Lead, mentor, and support Personal Care Assistants
n
Complete clinical assessments, care plans, and documentation accurately and efficiently
n
Administer medications and treatments in line with legislation, policy, and best practice
n
Monitor resident health and respond promptly to changes in
conditionCollaborate
with residents, families, GPs, allied health professionals, and internal clinical teams
n
Contribute to quality improvement, compliance, and resident safety initiatives
n
Foster a calm, welcoming, and resident-centred environment
n
About You: To be successful in this role, you will have: n
n
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
n
Minimum 2 years' experience as a Registered Nurse in Aged Care
n




Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
n
Experience supervising and supporting care staff
n
Excellent communication and documentation skills
n
A compassionate, adaptable, and resident-focused approach
n
A commitment to quality care, safety, and continuous improvements
n
Key Requirements: n
n
Current National Police Check and/or NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
n
Evidence of COVID-19 vaccination in line with current requirements and influenza vaccinations are highly encouraged
n
