About the role: n
Join our Dandenong South team in a hands‐on warehouse role where quality and customer delivery matter. As our Receiving Co‐Ordinator, you'll be the key link between incoming goods and a smooth dispatch process. You'll make sure product is received correctly, checked to specification, stored accurately and shipped safely and on time.

Reporting to the Site Supervisor, you'll take ownership of day‐to‐day receiving, inspection and dispatch activities, including:
n
Inspect incoming parts, subassemblies and finished goods to drawings and customer standards, ensuring quality product flows to the next stage.
n
Check Material Test Reports and Certificate of Conformance against specifications and elevate any non-conformances promptly.
n
Receive deliveries and manage truck/container movements safely, verifying quantities against consignment documentation.
n
Unpack and receipt stock, complete put‐aways, and keep bins/bays accurate, tidy and easy to locate.
n
Work closely with supply chain, quality and engineering to resolve shortages, discrepancies and non‐conforming items.
n
Operate forklifts and lifting equipment safely (including pre‐start checks), and look after tools and equipment as if they were your own.
n
Champion safe work practices including PPE, hazard awareness and a clean, organised workspace so everyone goes home safe.
About you: n
You've worked in a
warehouse/manufacturing
setting and enjoy a role that blends receiving, picking/packing and dispatch.
n
You're detail‐focused and can interpret technical drawings and requirements to complete accurate incoming inspections.
n
You understand the importance of quality systems (ISO ****/QMS) and consistently follow processes and procedures.
n
You hold a current forklift licence (high reach experience a bonus) and a valid driver's licence.
n
You communicate clearly and work well with operations, supply chain, quality and engineering to keep things moving.
n
You're safety‐minded, physically fit for repetitive manual handling, and comfortable working in a medium‐risk warehouse environment.
n
Experience with the LN platform and/or RF scanners.
n
Knowledge of valves and fittings.
n
