As a New Graduate Speech Pathologist, you will undergo an industry leading graduate program, serving both in our clinic, as well as out in the community! With a gradual ramp up period, we will help you transition from your studies, and apply those skills in a real world setting. With access to weekly supervision, market leading PD and a dedicated multi-disciplinary team around you, Concentric will provide the foundations to build a long and successful career!
About Your New Role n
n
A structured 12 month program to allow for learning and development.
n
Initial 12 weeks of Graduate intensive training, including an extensive introduction to Concentric and working in the NDIS Allied Health Space.
n
A Supervisor to help you navigate your new role, with weekly supervision, supporting you every step of the way!
n
Flexi- time; work from home opportunities to allow for work life balance.
n
Quarterly alignment days- a day out of the clinic to not see clients, let your hair down and spend some quality time learning alongside your colleagues.

Essential Qualifications And Experience n
n
Completed Bachelor AND/OR Masters degree in Speech Pathology
n
Full SPA Registration (or eligible on graduation)
n
Valid Australian driver's licence and access to a car
n
Unrestricted Australian work rights
n
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
n
Excellent interpersonal skills to cultivate and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
