Job Description
Are you an experienced warehouse qualified with a strong focus on safety, quality, and operational excellence? We are seeking a proactive and organized Warehouse Coordinator to support and coordinate day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, inventory management, and distribution of materials and products.
n In this hands-on role, you will work closely with warehouse leadership, operational teams, and key stakeholders to maintain high standards of performance, compliance, and customer service within a regulated environment.
n This role will be onsite at our Tullamarine premises.
Key Responsibilities n
n
Coordinate daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch operations.
n
Allocate workloads and support daily warehouse operations to ensure workflow efficiency.
n
Monitor inventory levels and support cycle counts and stocktakes to maintain inventory accuracy.
n
Ensure customer and internal orders are processed accurately and on time.
n
Maintain compliance with safety, GMP, quality, and operational procedures.
n
Investigate and investigate inventory or operational issues when required.
n
Maintain accurate warehouse records, reporting, and documentation
n




Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across warehouse operations.
n
Provide hands-on warehouse support and assist with operational requirements as needed.
n
About You n
n
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
n
Experience in warehousing, logistics, distribution, or supply chain operations.
n
Strong knowledge of inventory management and stock control processes.
n
Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP systems.
n
Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
n
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
n
Sound problem-solving abilities and a continuous improvement mindset
n
Demonstrated commitment to safety, quality, and compliance
n
A current driver's license is required.
n
A current Forklift License (LF) is preferred.
