it is very accessible by public transport! Office Hours are
Monday to Friday
on a
rotating roster
between
8.45am - 8pm.

The Role:




We have multiple full-time customer service positions available. If successful, you would be working within the customer service team as the first point of contact while working in a cooperative and exciting setting.

Maintaining a positive customer experience throughout all interactions
n
Providing exceptional customer service via phone and email channels
n
Working with leadership to provide feedback and champion continuous improvement
n
To be successful in this process, you must pride yourself on having exceptional customer service skills and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Experience in working in contact centers is a definite bonus, but not a must!n
