nWe are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to join a government agency based in Perth CBD on a temporary full-time basis. There is potential for the role to be extended.n
nThis is a busy and varied position supporting senior staff and the wider division. You will need to be highly organised, proactive and confident managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.n
Key responsibilities include:

n
Managing calendars, meetings, agendas and minute taking
n
Providing high-level administrative and board support
n
Coordinating Board, Executive, Ministerial and committee documentation
n
Arranging travel, accommodation and associated expenses
n
Preparing correspondence, briefing papers, reports and presentations
n
Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
n
Supporting events, workshops and other divisional activities
n
Providing general administrative support as required
n
About you:
n
n
n
Must have
previous experience as an EA or in a similar senior administrative role
n
Excellent organisational and time-management skills
n
Robust attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
n
Confident communication and stakeholder management skills
n
Strong Microsoft Office skills
n
Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a team
n
Previous government or board support experience will be highly regarded
n
n
Contract:
n
n29 September July ****, with potential extension. Must have full working rights in WA without a 6-month visa restriction. n
