Australian Lamb Colac / Minerva Foods is located in Southwest Victoria, at 1 Tristania Drive, Colac, Victoria ****. We are looking for 30 Meat Process workers.
n
nGeneral duties of the Meat Process worker include: n
n
n
n
Trimming, cutting, slicing.
n
n
Separating and sorting organs and meat.
n
n
Operation of equipment and machinery.
n
n
Clean and sterilize work areas,
n
n
Moving carcasses
n
n
General labouring throughout chillers, boning room, and slaughter floor.
n
n
Ability and willingness to learn - experience welcome but not required
n
n
n
nApplicants must be: n
n
n
n
Fit, healthy, and able to work in a physically challenging role.
n
n
Ability to work in a fast-paced and repetitive environment
n
n
Able to follow and comply with instructions.




n
n
MUST BE willing to relocate to the Colac region or live within a reasonable commute
n
n
n
n
Pay and conditions for these roles fall under the Australian Lamb Colac, Pty Ltd Enterprise Agreement ****.
n
n
The Meat Process Worker (EA Level 1-5 positions. Full time and casual positions are available. Earning an hourly rate of $***** - $***** dependent on skill, plus allowances. Commencement Date: Any date between 1 July **** and 31 August **** (as agreed).

Duration of Employment: Ongoing, subject to the terms and conditions of employment.
