An exciting opportunity exists to join Brandbank as a
Sourcing Coordinator
. The Sourcing Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the Sourcing and Sustainability initiatives across all Brandbank brands.
n
This role ensures smooth onboarding and management of suppliers while keeping our sourcing records, manuals, and processes accurate and up to date.
n You'll work closely with multiple teams, providing essential support to help us achieve our ethical sourcing goals.
n
Please note this is a fixed term contract for 7 months.
THE ROLE: n
n
Maintain and evolve supplier documentation and portals in line with business needs.
n
Research, create, and present sourcing resources for internal learning and training.
n
Manage training materials tailored to different team audiences.
n
Oversee supplier database maintenance and compliance tracking.
n
Manage supplier onboarding, induction, and communications.
n
Support the transition and management of social audits via the Sedex platform.
n
Maintain accurate and up-to-date compliance records and certifications.
n
Assist in the development and upkeep of sourcing-related policies and procedures.
n
Collaborate across departments to implement the Group Sourcing & Sustainability Strategy.
n
Work across the business to support the execution of the Group Sourcing & Sustainability Strategy
n
Manage allotted projects within the Sourcing and Sustainability team
n
Track project timelines, update data, and follow up with relevant teams.
n
On-site role 5-days per week, based in our St Kilda Road offices.
n
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE: n
n
Minimum 3 years' experience in Production or similar role within the
apparel/accessories
industry.
n
Experience with Ethical Sourcing and external reporting (e.g. Baptist World Aid) is highly desirable.
n
Competent in Microsoft Excel and Word.
n

Confident communicator with the ability to build relationships across teams and with suppliers.
