Med-X is looking for an experienced Factory Supervisor to join our team and take ownership of our warehouse and production operations.
n
This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who enjoys working with people, solving problems and keeping operations running safely, efficiently and on schedule. You'll lead a warehouse team, coordinate daily activities, manage stock and resources, and ensure we meet our safety, environmental and compliance requirements.

What You'll Do n
You'll take ownership of the day-to-day operation of the factory and warehouse, ensuring the team has the support, resources and direction needed to deliver outstanding results.

Your responsibilities will include:
n
n
Oversee daily warehouse and production operations and ensure service schedules are met.
n
Lead the receipt, checking, sorting and storage of incoming stock.
n
Manage stock levels, replenishment and accurate warehouse documentation.
n
Coordinate the safe and accurate loading and unloading of service vehicles.
n
Plan daily tasks and allocate resources across the warehouse team.
n
Lead monthly stocktakes and identify opportunities for improvement.
n
Supervise, coach, mentor and support warehouse team members.
n
Manage team performance, attendance and conduct.
n
Support onboarding, inductions and ongoing employee training.
n
Build a culture of accountability, teamwork and continuous improvement.
n
Ensure EPA, WHS and company requirements are followed.
n
Maintain accurate stock records, waste weights and vehicle documentation.
n
Communicate operational updates, equipment requirements and team matters to management.
n
Maintain a clean,



safe and organised warehouse.
n
Ensure safety equipment, spill kits, first aid kits and warehouse assets are maintained.
n
Support projects and provide operational coverage when required.
n
What You'll Bring n
We're looking for a reliable and organised leader who can confidently manage a busy operational environment.
n
Ideally, you'll have:
n
n
Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, production or waste management.
n
Previous experience in a supervisory or team leadership role.
n
A current MR (Medium Rigid) driver's licence - essential.
n
A current forklift licence - essential.
n
Experience with stock control and inventory systems.
n
Knowledge of WHS and EPA compliance requirements.
n
Experience with operational reporting, audits or compliance processes.
n
Strong leadership and people management skills.
n
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
n
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accurate documentation.
n
The ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
n
A qualified, reliable and hands-on approach.
