Role n
As our Social Media Coordinator, this role isn't just about posting— it's about storytelling. You'll:

Own the direction, strategy and execution of two trail‐blazing consumer facing social media channels
(@boutiquehomesvictoria
&
@homebuyerscentrevic).
n
Create beautiful, engaging content (photo, video, reels) that brings our brands to life.
n
Get behind the camera to capture authentic stories from across the business.
n
Partner with senior stakeholders and influence teams to share their stories.
n
Spot trends, plan fresh ideas, and keep our social channels buzzing.
n
Tell the story behind the numbers— report on performance and share insights.
n
Manage community engagement, coordinate agencies, and keep campaigns running smoothly.

What You'll Bring n
n




Robust creative skills— you know how to make content look amazing.
n
Ability to create beautiful social content (agency, freelance, or side hustle welcome).
n
Confident behind the camera and skilled in photo/video editing.
n
Ability to build relationships and influence others.
n
Organised, proactive, and ready to take initiative.
n
Bonus points for experience with TikTok, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, or automation tools.
