Responsibilities n
n
Greet and assist customers to rent vehicles based on preferences and needs
n
Process rental agreements accurately and efficiently
n
Promote and upsell additional products and services
n
Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, with a service‐first approach
n
Achieve or exceed individual and team sales targets
n




Inspect vehicles before and after rental periods, noting any damages
n
Maintain knowledge of current promotions, services, and products to support sales efforts
n
Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
n
Detail and clean vehicles to business quality standards
n
Refuel and transport vehicles
n
Qualifications n
n
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or retail
n
Car rental experience is highly desirable
n
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer‐first mindset
n
Confident using computer systems and technology
n
Ability to work efficiently in a fast‐paced, high‐pressure setting
n
Flexibility to work on a rotating shift roster – 7 day shift work including weekends and public holidays
n
Valid Australian driver's licence with a clean driving record
n
