About the Role

Support a Key Account Manager with day-to-day account administration
n
Manage vehicle orders end to end, including build, code and contract steps
n
Maintain order databases and provide regular status updates and reports
n
Liaise with customers and dealers, following up queries quickly
n
Assist with roadside assistance admin and support tenders when needed
n
Skills and Experience
n
n
Minimum 3 years in sales support,



account support or coordination
n
Strong Excel skills and solid Word and PowerPoint capability
n
High attention to detail with confident stakeholder communication
n
Automotive, vehicle modification or tender experience is valued
n
Current Victorian Driver Licence
n
