WesTrac is seeking an experienced Plant Mechanic Leading Hand to join our Ravensworth Mine site. This hands-on leadership role supports the Maintenance Supervisor by coordinating daily maintenance, mentoring tradespeople, and ensuring CAT mining equipment reliability.

Successful applicants will have Australian recognised trade qualifications and prior supervisory experience in mining, along with solid diagnostic and communication skills and a commitment to safety and continuous improvement.
