About the Role n
As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment while delivering a high standard of customer service. This role involves a mix of patrols, incident response, and client-facing duties.

Positions available: Full-time and Part-time.
n
Award Level: Level 2 and penalty rates.
n
Shifts: Weekday and weekend | Day and night shifts.
Key Responsibilities n
n
Conduct patrols to ensure the safety and security of people, property, and assets.
n
Provide a professional and approachable security presence.
n
Respond to alarms, incidents, emergencies, and requests for assistance.
n
Identify and assess risks, taking appropriate action in line with procedures.
n
Adhere to all site and company security protocols.
n




Complete incident reports and maintain accurate records.
n
About You n
n
A valid Security Licence.
n
Current First Aid and CPR certification.
n
Previous security experience (retail experience highly regarded).
n
Availability to work day/night and weekday/weekend shifts.
n
Valuable physical fitness, as patrols are required.
n
Ability to work independently and follow procedures.
n
Strong attention to detail.
n
A reliable and punctual work history.
