We're looking for calm, reliable, and down-to-earth Support Workers who understand Autism and genuinely enjoy connecting with young people.
n
This role may be a great fit if you have
experience supporting Autistic young people, lived experience of neurodivergence
, or you're studying psychology, teaching, occupational therapy, social work, youth work, counselling, allied health, or community services.
The Role n
You'll work one-on-one with Autistic and neurodivergent teens, building a consistent relationship around their individual goals, strengths, and interests.

Support may include:

Community outings and activities

Building confidence and independence
n
n
Social connection and communication
n
n
Routines, planning, and everyday life skills
n
n
Emotional regulation and co-regulation
n
n
Exploring hobbies and interests
n
n
Mentoring and positive role modelling

Sometimes the most valuable part of the role is simply being someone a young person trusts and enjoys spending time with.
