What you'll be doing:

Leading private appointments with intuition, empathy, and a knack for reading between the lines.

Building real relationships with clients, ensuring every interaction is as memorable as the gowns themselves.

Owning your sales targets (and surpassing them, because excellence is the standard here).
n
Supporting your team with generosity and collaboration—because success is sweeter when celebrated together.

Keeping things seamless behind the scenes: systems, follow-ups, studio presentation.

What we're looking for:

A minimum of 3 years' experience in sales or a client-facing role where presence mattered as much as performance.
n
Someone who thrives under pressure, balancing big-picture thinking with the ability to resolve little moments of chaos calmly and logically.
n
A polished communicator who can inspire trust in every interaction.
n
A team player who leads by example, celebrates others, and never loses sight of the client-first mindset.
n
A professional with impeccable presentation—because appearance is part of the experience.
