Job Description
MMIC Services Pty Ltd is seeking an SIL Team Leader to coordinate a house, manage staff, documentation, participant support, and household operations to ensure secure, high-quality care. You will lead and support the on-ground team while working with families and allied health professionals.

You will maintain participant records, liaise with families, oversee medication management and audits, manage rosters and budgets, and lead staff meetings.
