Day shift 6am to 2pm (Monday - Friday) and some weekend work available.

Pay rate of $*****ph (including casual loading).
n

Programmed Skilled Workforce are currently seeking a Wharf employee to join their client in Port Melbourne, VIC. The site is a sea terminal for the storage and movement of motor vehicles.
n
The successful applicant must complete a Police Check, and this position may also require the candidate to work at the Truganina site, when required. The ideal candidate will be someone who is mechanically minded or have a hobby around cars and modifications.
Duties and responsibilities involved/ requirements: n
n
Moving vehicles around the car slots and undercover storage areas.
n
Interior inspection of the vehicle.
n
Inspecting vehicles for any damage.
n
Test all electronics including radio, dash system, AC, lights.
n
Check tyre pressure and fluid leaks.
n
Use of hoist and car jacks.
n
Qualifications / Experience: n
n




Must have a FULL Australian Drivers License - Manual experience is an advantage.
n
Car washing & detailing experience is an advantage.
n
Mechanically minded.
n
Must pass a police check.
n
Reliability & Punctuality.
n
Available to work at the Truganina site when required.
n
Available Monday to Friday + OT.
n
Robust attention to detail.
n
Physically fit.
