Coordinates and supervises all Gaming Technicians, Bench Technicians, Senior Gaming Technicians on assigned shift by assigning responsibilities and duties and assisting them if needed.
n
n
Repairs, overhauls, and maintains proper preventative maintenance of all slot machines to ensure optimal operation.
n
n
Makes recommendations and suggestions to hire, transfer, suspend, promote, discharge, evaluate, assign, and discipline all Gaming Technicians, Bench Technicians, Senior Gaming Technicians on assigned shift in a fair and equitable manner.
n
n
Handles floor maintenance and repair.
n
n
Processes the necessary paperwork for auditing and data processing purposes for the initial set-up and checkout of current slot machines.
n
n
Keeps an accurate count of machines on the floor, matching the units license, maintains records of all percentage sheets as required by the Gaming Commission.
n
n
Supervises the breakdown, relocation, and setup of relocated machines and stands.
n
n
Assists in the training of new Gaming Technicians.
n
n
Maintains knowledge of local jurisdiction gaming laws (federal, state, compact, etc.) and regulations,



as well as property internal controls, policies and procedures.
n
n
Brings disputes and unusual guest activities to the attention of the shift manager/ Gaming Performance Manager.
n
n
Promotes positive guest relations through prompt, courteous and efficient service.
n
n
Directly supervises all Gaming Technicians, Bench Technicians, and Senior Gaming Technicians on each assigned shift.
n
n
Performs all other duties as assigned.
n
n
n
nQUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS n
n
n
n
High school diploma required and three or more years slot experience required.
n
n
One year of supervisory experience preferred.
n
n
Electronics degree preferred.
n
n
Must be able to frequently lift and/or move up in to 100 pounds.
n
n
Must be at least 21 years of age.
n
n
n
