We're currently on the lookout for an exceptional individual to help steer the ship as a
Team Leader
aboard our

Key Responsibilities n
n
Quoting, booking and invoicing cruise bookings and packages
n
Ensure that KPIs are met, meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets
n
Support and handle walk‐in, email & telephone enquiries efficiently and accurately
n
Maximise sales opportunities by upselling & cross‐selling
n
Monitor and action all relevant mailboxes daily
n
Maintain accurate and comprehensive product information to deliver and generate sales
n
Who are you? n
n
Proven experience working in a customer service environment and working towards sales targets
n
Minimum 2 years' retail or wholesale experience in the Cruise or Travel Industry
n
GDS experience
n
Exceptional focus on details, adept problem‐solving skills, and thrive under pressure
n
Ambitious, highly motivated, and proficient in organising tasks efficiently
n
