About the Role

nThis is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a background in sales administration or customer service who is looking to fast-track their career toward a Account Manager role. You'll be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of national and cross-regional clients, working closely with National Account Managers to keep service, pricing and communication running smoothly.n
nDay to day, you'll:n
n
n
Build strong relationships with key customer stakeholders and manage regular contact cycles
n
Resolve customer queries on pricing, service, accounts and invoicing
n
Maintain accurate customer data and documentation across internal systems
n
Coordinate service delivery with branch operations and support teams
n
Support renewals, contract variations and quotes alongside National Account Managers
n




Produce weekly and monthly reporting on customer service activity and performance
n

About You
n

You aspire to grow into an Account Manager role and want to be backed to get there

Strong communicator, confident building relationships with internal and external stakeholders
n
Excellent attention to detail and administrative accuracy
n
Robust Excel skills
n
Prior experience in sales administration, customer service or a coordination role
n
Comfortable managing competing priorities in a fast-paced commercial environment
