The Role n
You'll work across the North Ryde Office and the CBD-based Retail Flagship Store, guiding customers to find their perfect fit of performance support and ensuring they receive a truly premium experience.
Responsibilities n
n
Assist customers in the fitting of brace, compression garments or performance support, making tailored recommendations and ensuring they leave feeling comfortable and confident.
n
Respond to customer inquiries via phone and ticketing system, providing professional, solutions‐focused support.
n
Provide expert guidance and ensure every customer receives the exceptional care expected from a world‐class brand.
n
Work closely with healthcare partners – including Physiotherapists, Osteopaths, Exercise Physiologists, and Sporting Teams – to ensure their patients receive the right support throughout their recovery and return to a pain‐free life.
n
Nurture strong, long‐term partnerships with healthcare professionals, built on trust, exceptional service, and a shared commitment to helping people move freely.
n
Be flexible and available to work across both the North Ryde Office and the CBD-based Retail Flagship Store.
n
About You n
n
Bachelor's or Diploma qualification in Health, Sport Science, or Business – or alternatively, 2+ years of customer service experience in an office or retail environment.
n
Eager to build a long‐term career in healthcare or sports performance,



with a strong passion for helping people.

Thrives in fast‐paced environments, comfortable juggling multiple responsibilities, and always ready to support the team.
