Job Description:

We are seeking a performance-driven
PPC & SEO Specialist
to optimize lead generation campaigns for a local service-based business. The ideal candidate will audit, rebuild, and manage existing Google Ads (Performance Max) and SEO strategies to significantly reduce Cost Per Acquisition (CPA) while targeting a hyper-local audience *****km radius, aged 20+). This is a
results-based engagement
with high accountability and clear ROI expectations.
Key Goals:
n
Reduce CPA from $35$40 to $20$22
n
Rebuild or optimize Google Performance Max campaigns
n
Increase qualified lead volume within ****km radius
n
Improve local SEO rankings and organic visibility
n
PPC Management
n
Audit current Google Ads (PMax) campaigns and past performance
n
Build optimized campaigns targeting local keywords and geographic areas
n
Set up conversion tracking, budget limits, ad scheduling, and retargeting
n




Conduct A/B testing on creatives and keyword strategies
n
Continuously optimize to achieve CPA and lead targets
n
SEO Optimization
n
Conduct local SEO audits and competitor analysis
n
Optimize on-page content, metadata, and Google Business Profile
n
Build local backlinks, citations, and directory listings
n
Recommend blog topics and content strategies (if needed)
n
Enhance mobile-friendliness, page speed, and technical SEO
n
Communication & Reporting
n
Share daily performance updates on CPA, ad spend, and conversions
n
Attend weekly check-ins for campaign review and strategy adjustments
n
Document and explain campaign changes and test strategies
n
Deliver clear reports with actionable insights
Ideal Candidate Profile:
n
2+ years of hands-on experience in PPC (especially Google PMax) and local SEO
n
Proven success in lead generation for service-based or local businesses
n
Strong grasp of digital marketing KPIs: CPA, CTR, ROAS, etc.
n
Proficient in tools like Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEMrush/Ahrefs, and GMB
n
Excellent English
