Port Melbourne
store, where you will play a key leadership role in driving sales, coaching the team and maintaining high operational standards.

This is a full‐time position offering
40 hours per week

Tue‐Sat roster

Key Responsibilities n
n
Support the Store Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure smooth store performance
n
Lead by example to foster a customer‐obsessed culture and deliver meaningful store experiences reflecting the highest industry standards
n
Coach and motivate the team to deliver outstanding customer experiences and achieve sales targets, budgets and operational KPIs across the full product range
n
Foster a team-oriented, positive culture that empowers every team member to succeed through ongoing coaching, mentoring and support
n
Manage the end‐to‐end process from store presentation and stock management to compliance with care and accuracy
n
Champion a safe workplace by following our health and safety practices
n
About You n

Proven leadership experience with a customer‐first mindset and experience meeting targets and KPIs
n
Results‐driven,



commercially astute and motivated about achieving business goals

Skilled at coaching teams, managing priorities and supporting others to reach their potential
