We're looking for an
Application Support Analyst
with 2+ years experience to join our Technology Solutions team. The role supports a broad range of applications (finance, workforce planning, asset management, etc.) with end‐user support, system configuration and continuous improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities n
n
Level 1 and Level 2 end‐user support management.
n
User training and demonstrations.
n
User/security management and system configuration.
n
New site implementations.
n
Testing of new system enhancements.
n

What You'll Bring n
n
Tertiary qualifications in a business or IT related discipline.
n
2+ years experience in applications support.
n
Proficient with relevant software development tools and processes such as Jira, SDLC and CI.
n
Familiar with IT service delivery frameworks (e.g. ITIL) and broad technical and functional knowledge of enterprise IT systems and processes.
n
Strong stakeholder management, time management and organisational skills.
n




A strong commercial appreciation for applications and their role in business solution delivery.
n
Ability to identify and facilitate issue resolution to ensure 'fit‐for‐purpose' outcomes.
n
Essential Compliance Requirement n
Australian Citizen & ability to gain a Defence Baseline Clearance.
n
n
Experience in projects.
n
Experience with Asset Management or Field Service Management technology implementation.
n
Strong experience with Microsoft desktop suite, Microsoft Project.
n
SDLC management, directly or through vendor partners.
n
Experience in Business Intelligence or Analytics delivery.
n
