Textron is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to cover the EMEA region. The role supports our Ransomes Jacobsen turf brands and involves a hybrid sales approach with a focus on dealer development, end-user engagement and achieving sales targets.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of commercial experience, solid interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage complex workloads across a distributed dealer network. Travel and remote work are central to the role.
