Job Description
EVT Australia is seeking a Maintenance Manager for Rydges Melbourne, a full-time, in office role reporting to the Director of Maintenance. Based in Melbourne's East End, you will lead day-to-day maintenance across the hotel, balancing routine, preventive, corrective and emergency works.

You will manage budgets, contracts and rosters, ensure BWOF compliance, and develop a high-performing team while keeping guest experience and safety at the forefront.
