Premium Automotive is looking for an Automotive Service Advisor to join our growing team on the Sunshine Coast.
n
We're looking for someone who has worked as a Service Advisor before and understands the basics of life in a busy automotive workshop.
n
You
do not need to be a qualified mechanic.
n
You don't need to know every component of every vehicle, diagnose complex faults or have all the answers.
n
That's not what we're looking for.

If you've worked as a Service Advisor before, you're comfortable talking to customers about their vehicles, you understand workshop bookings and you've got a genuine interest in automotive,

YOU WON'T BE DOING IT ALONE n
This is probably one of the biggest differences about this opportunity.
n
You won't be walking into a workshop as the only Service Advisor with everything resting on your shoulders.
n
You'll be joining an experienced team around you.
n
Our front office includes an experienced Service Advisor who is also a
fully qualified mechanic with more than 10 years in the automotive industry
.
n




You'll also work closely with our
Operations Manager, who brings more than 20 years of automotive experience
and is there to support the team and keep the business running smoothly.
n
Behind them is our team of
four technicians and two actively involved owners
who work full-time on and in the business.
n
There is a huge amount of automotive knowledge around you.
n
So when you don't know something, there will always be someone to ask.
n
We don't expect you to walk through the door knowing everything.
n
We want to help you become exceptional at what you do.
THE ROLE n
As one of our Service Advisors, you'll be an important link between our customers and workshop.
n
Your role will include:
n
n
speaking with customers about their vehicles
n
answering calls and enquiries
n
managing workshop bookings
n
welcoming customers and checking vehicles in
n
communicating with our technicians and workshop team
n
keeping customers updated throughout the day
n
explaining vehicle findings and recommendations
n
preparing quotes and gaining approvals
n
preparing invoices and processing payments
n
organising vehicle collections and future bookings
n
helping make sure every customer feels genuinely looked after
n
n
You'll have support around you while you continue developing your automotive knowledge, communication skills and confidence.
n

If you're currently a Service Advisor, or you've worked as one previously, we'd love to hear from you.

Dealership or independent workshop experience is welcome.

You don't need to be a mechanic.

You just need a foundation in automotive service advising, good people skills and the desire to keep learning and getting better.
