Job Description
Hi-Tec Oils are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of our depot. This is a hands-on role responsible for warehouse operations, stock control, deliveries and leading a small team.
Key Responsibilities n
Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities and a small team of warehouse staff.
n
Oversee picking, packing, receiving, stock handling and dispatch.
n
Coordinate incoming and outgoing deliveries with transport providers.
n
Manage stock transfers, cycle counts and stocktakes.
n
Maintain accurate inventory records and warehouse documentation.
n
Ensure the warehouse is clean, organised and operating safely.
n
Provide training, guidance and support to team members.
n
Ensure compliance with WHS, PPE and company procedures.
n
Open and close the depot as required.
About You n
Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics,
distribution or depot environment.
n
Experience supervising or leading a small team.
n
Solid organisational and communication skills.
n
Good attention to detail and accuracy.
n
Experience with warehouse/ERP systems and basic Microsoft Office.
n
Current Forklift Licencewith demonstrated experience.
n
Sound understanding of WHS and safe manual handling practices.
n
Reliable, proactive and hands-on approach.
