We are seeking a capable and proactive
Executive Assistant
to join a well-established
not-for-profit organisation in Tweed Heads
for an initial
6-month temporary assignment
.
Working across the senior leadership team, you'll provide high-level administrative and executive support to
multiple General Managers and Executives
, helping them stay organised, connected and focused on their priorities.
The role
This is a varied and fast-paced position where no two days will look quite the same. Your responsibilities will include:
Managing complex calendars, appointments and competing priorities
Coordinating meetings, preparing agendas and taking minutes
Managing correspondence, emails and documentation
Coordinating travel, events and other executive requirements
Preparing reports, presentations and briefing materials
Liaising with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of senior leaders
Supporting multiple General Managers and Executives with day-to-day priorities
Handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion
Providing broader administrative support across the leadership team as required

About you
You'll be an experienced Executive Assistant or senior administrator who is confident supporting multiple senior stakeholders. You're highly organised, calm under pressure and comfortable working in an environment where priorities can change quickly.
You'll also bring:
Previous experience supporting senior managers or executives
Excellent organisation and time-management skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Confidence managing multiple calendars and competing priorities
High attention to detail and robust follow-through
Professionalism, discretion and sound judgement
Strong Microsoft Office skills
A proactive approach and willingness to jump in wherever needed
