Our client is a newly established automotive dealership group supporting the current electric vehicle (EV) franchise entrants. This is an opportunity to join a Group seeking to be renowned for excellence in the retail automotive space.
The Role n
Based at the Springwood dealership site, this is a rare hands-on opportunity to be part of the start-up of two new dealerships. This is an autonomous role for an "all-rounder" where no two days are the same. You will be responsible for the full finance function including payroll. Depending on experience, this role can be either a full time role or a part time role, for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities n
n
Prepare monthly management reports, P&Ls;, and forecasts
n
Monitor cash flow, budgets, and variance analysis
n
Ensure compliance with tax and financial regulations
n
Maintain accurate vehicle stock control and floorplan reporting
n
Lead end-of-month processes, reconciliations, and financial close
n
Liaise with external auditors and internal teams as needed
n
Oversee procurement and supplier agreements
n
Manage payroll and oversee HR compliance initially.

About You n
n
Previous experience in a dealership or automotive accounting is essential, preferably across multiple franchises
n




CPA / CA qualification would be highly regarded
n
Strong understanding of dealership operations and DMS platforms (e.g. Titan, Pentana, AutoIT)
n
Dealership Start-Up experience highly regarded
n
Advanced Excel skills
n
High level of accuracy, analytical skills, and time management
n
An ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment whilst maintaining attention to detail
n
A proactive, solutions-focused attitude with genuine desire to engage with the broader team
n
Dedicated to efficiency with proven experience in automation and continuous improvement
n
Genuine passion for the automotive industry.
