Deliver high-quality education and care that supports each child's unique journey
n
Create inclusive learning environments where children feel seen, supported and confident
n
Empower children to become independent, curious and resilient learners
n
Support school readiness through thoughtful, intentional teaching practices
n
Design engaging, meaningful programs that spark curiosity and conversation
n
Inspire a lifelong love of learning and set children up for future success
n
What You'll Bring n
n
A Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood) or an ACECQA-approved equivalent
n
A current Working with Children Check
n




Solid understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
n
Full Australian working rights
n
A professional, polished presence and warm approach
n
A natural curiosity and confidence when connecting with families and the local community
n
Demonstrated ability to deliver inspiring Kindergarten programs with heart and intention
n
Two professional references are required, including one from a manager or supervisor in a childcare or education setting
n
