regional team

in HR, IT, and more.

What You'll Be Doing
Your role will be a dynamic mix of practice operations, team support, and patient care. You'll:n
n
n
Assist with reception, chairside, and sterilisation duties
n
Help lead the day-to-day running of the centre
n
Manage stock, assist with financial reporting and rostering
n
Support your team with leadership, guidance, and training
n
Ensure compliance, safety, and exceptional patient experiences
n
What You'll Bring to the Team
n
n




Dental experience is essential — leadership experience is a big plus
n
Cert III or IV in Dental Assisting (or equivalent knowledge)
n
Confidence in your ability to support and guide others
n
A warm, approachable communication style
n
Commitment to excellence, teamwork, and reliability
n
