The Role n
We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our team and make a significant contribution to the continued growth of the business. This role presents an excellent opportunity for a high-performing recruitment professional with a strong track record in client relationship management, business development, and the mentoring of junior consultants. The successful candidate will have experience recruiting across white-collar professional disciplines and will be comfortable working with a diverse portfolio of white collar professional roles.
Key Responsibilities n

Manage the full 360° recruitment lifecycle, from business development through to successful placement.

Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through a consultative, partnership-led approach.
n
Identify and develop new business opportunities within your specialist market.
n
Source, assess, and place high-calibre candidates across a range of roles.
n
Provide clients with informed market insights and recruitment advice.
n
Support and mentor junior consultants where required.
n
Contribute to strategic discussions and forums.
n
About You n
n
Minimum 5 years' experience in recruitment.
n
Proven track record of successful client development.
n
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
n
Commercially minded with a proactive, self-driven approach.
n
Ability to manage multiple roles and competing priorities effectively.
n
Learning-oriented mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement.
n
Passion for recruitment and delivering outstanding client and candidate experiences.
