Training Consultant - WalkMe n
We are seeking a hands-on
Digital Adoption & Learning Specialist / Training Consultant
to join the program on an initial six-month contract, with the possibility of extension.

The primary focus of the role will be supporting the implementation of
WalkMe
across the Hyphen suite. You will work closely with Training, Change, Business Readiness and L&D; teams to quickly understand new systems and business processes and translate these into effective in-system guidance and learning support.
n
We are looking for someone with a strong learning background who can also support broader training activities when required, including developing learning materials and facilitating training.
n
Ideally, you will have previous hands-on WalkMe experience and have personally built and configured WalkMe content, rather than only managing a WalkMe implementation or vendor relationship.
Key Responsibilities n
n
Build and configure digital adoption content, ideally using WalkMe
n
Design and develop learning materials for new technology and business processes
n
Facilitate end-user training, demonstrations, workshops and/or train-the-trainer sessions
n
Quickly understand new technology, business processes and user journeys
n




Determine the most appropriate learning intervention, including what should be supported through WalkMe, formal training, learning materials or other performance support
n
Develop user guides, quick-reference guides, digital learning content and facilitator materials
n
Work alongside Training/L&D;, Change and business teams within a transformation or technology implementation
n
Engage effectively with business SMEs and technology teams
n
Independently build, test, troubleshoot and refine WalkMe content
n
Work directly with WalkMe and leverage their expertise and support where required
n
Document the solution, share knowledge and support the eventual transition to BAU ownership
n
About You n

Has hands-on experience with digital adoption platforms, ideally WalkMe
n
Understands how digital adoption platforms work
n
Can troubleshoot issues when required
n
Learns new technology quickly
n
Understands how people learn and adopt new ways of working
n
Can translate complex processes into simple, practical and user-friendly guidance
n
Has solid stakeholder engagement and communication skills
n
Can work independently while collaborating effectively with business and technology teams
