Job Description
North Wollongong Hotel in Wollongong is seeking an Assistant Manager to help keep the venue buzzing and loved by locals. The role involves overseeing daily operations, leading a team, and maintaining a outstanding guest experience across bars, bistro, and gaming spaces.

You'll be hands-on, with RSA/RCG/ARCG as required, and you'll represent the pub when the boss is away, bringing energy and top service to every shift.
