Our client, Samsung Electronics Australia, is looking for an energetic and driven
Training Specialist
to join their team! In this exciting role, you'll play a key part in developing and facilitating system, process and skills training for Samsung Electronics Australia staff and associated partners.
Responsibilities n
n
Assess training needs, identify gaps and address issues.
n
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop relevant materials.
n
Coordinate and execute training plans, both face-to-face and virtually.
n
Gather feedback and provide post-training delivery analysis.
n
Respond to and follow up training requirement via email, phone and site visits.
n
Attend training sessions to facilitate training on thereafter.
n
Nurture business relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
n
About You n




n
Tertiary qualification in business, marketing or similar.
n
A minimum of 2 years' relevant experience.
n
Desire to develop and facilitate training of the highest quality.
n
Excellent presentation skills to audiences of all sizes.
n
High-level verbal and written communication skills.
n
