Crewing Coordinator
.
n
In this role, you'll be the go-to person for coordinating our amazing AV crew — full-time and casual — across the three key parts of our business:
n
n
Port Melbourne Office & Warehouse
n
Zinc In-House
n
n
What you'll be doing:
n
n
Scheduling full-time and casual staff across audio, video, and lighting for all events.
n
Coordinating all aspects of crew requirements, from
prepping/de-prepping
,
bump ins/setups
,
show operates
, through to
bump outs/packdowns
.
n
Sourcing and inducting new casual staff and helping grow our extended crew family.
n
Keeping staff updated on company policies and procedures.
n
Occasionally rolling up your sleeves to support the team in the warehouse or on-site (we're all hands-on here!).
n
n
What we're looking for:
n
n
This is a challenging role so we need a motivated, adaptable, and highly organised individual who thrives in the fast-paced, ever-changing live events environment.
n
Strong communication skills with the ability to stay calm and focused under pressure.
n
A solid understanding of, or experience in, professional audio-visual environments.
n
Previous experience in a crewing or operations role (with existing crew contacts a big plus!).
n
Good computer skills — experience with CrewCard or Personnel Manager is a bonus.
n
A current driver's licence,



forklift licence, and/or White Card (WHS qualification) are all advantages.
n
