The Role n
The RoleAs a Pharmacy Assistant, you'll be a vital part of our team, helping us deliver exceptional customer care. In this role, you'll:

Provide outstanding customer service and expert advice on health and beauty products.
n
Assist customers with prescription submissions to our pharmacists.
n
Invoicing and stocktaking
n
Operate the point of sale and manage cash handling.
n
Ensure the store remains clean, organized, and welcoming.
n
Promote current sales and product offerings to customers.
n

To succeed in this role, you'll need: n

A friendly and engaging personality with a passion for customer service.
n
Previous experience in pharmacy or retail (preferred but not essential).
n
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
n
A professional presentation and a customer-first attitude.
n
The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
n
Must be available to work 9am-5pm 3 days per week (Monday- Friday)
n
Bonus Points If You Have: n
n
A Certificate in Community Pharmacy (I-IV).
n
Experience with MINFOS or FRED dispensing systems.
n
