The Role: n
We're seeking a talented and driven individual to join our dynamic tech team in our
Graduate Management Program
. You'll work closely with senior leaders, gain exposure to high-impact projects, and develop the skills to help drive operational success across our fast-growing organisation.
What You'll Do: n
n
Collaborate with our CEO, COO, Executive Director, and CTO to deliver business projects from design to completion
n
Support and guide process improvements within swipejobs operational and investment activities
n
Lead and participate in workshops to drive product innovation and continuous improvement
n
Analyse and deliver insights from data across our software and operations
n
Review and report on a variety of financial and operational documentation
n
What We're Looking For: n
n




Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Science, Management, or related field
n
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret reports and recommend actions
n
Knowledge of reviewing financial statements to identify risks and opportunities
n
Understanding of risk management, dependencies, and scope changes
n
Excellent communication, presentation, and organisational skills
n
