ABOUT THE ROLE
Qube Forestry is seeking a motivated and reliable Log Scaler to join the team in Hobart. This is an entry-level role, and no previous log scaling or forestry experience is required. Full training will be provided following onboarding.
You will assist with a variety of duties across the log yard, helping to ensure the safe and efficient handling, quality checking, and processing of export logs. This is a hands‐on role suited to someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in their work, and is eager to learn.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
Assisting with log measurements and quality checks
Truck checking & sign in
Data entry and record keeping
Row mark‐up and general yard duties
Supporting day‐to‐day yard operations as required
