nWe're recruiting a large team of Data Entry Operators and Team Leaders to support the upcoming Local Government Election with the Tasmanian Electoral Commission.n
nThis is a short-term, high-volume project based in

, working as part of a structured team to accurately process ballot paper data during the election period.n

About the roles
n
nYou'll be part of a dedicated data entry centre, working to process large volumes of information quickly and accurately. Roles are available as Data Entry Operators and Team Leaders, with Team Leaders also supporting supervision and workflow across small teams.n
nThis is a structured environment with clear expectations, in office support, and a strong focus on accuracy and consistency.n

Shifts are approximately 7 hours with a 30-minute unpaid break, across both daytime and evening options.n

About you
n
nWe're looking for people who can work in a fast, repetitive setting without losing focus. You'll need to be comfortable sitting at a workstation for extended periods and working as part of a team.n
nTo be considered, you will need:n

Strong data entry skills with a focus on speed and accuracy
n
The ability to meet minimum standards (around 7,000 keystrokes per hour with 90% accuracy)
n
Good attention to detail and consistency
n
Reliable availability across the project dates
n
A professional approach and ability to follow instructions
n
All workers must also be politically neutral and willing to complete the required declarations prior to commencing employment.n
