Job Description
Medequip Assistive Technologies is seeking a Customer Service Team Leader in Hull. You will supervise the customer service team to deliver first-class service to external and internal customers, and work with other departments to improve delivery timelines.

You will lead day-to-day tasks, coordinate with Occupational Therapists and District Nurses on requirements, and ensure adherence to Medequip procedures while supporting strategic objectives.
