Coles Group is launching a two-year (three years for Finance) graduate program designed to provide hands-on learning, real deliverables and clear ownership across multiple business functions. Expect rotations, a tailored development plan and solid mentorship to help you grow and contribute from day one.

The program includes an Innovation Project in year two, with opportunities to present ideas to our Executive Leadership Team and Coles Board.
