The Role n
We're looking for a proactive and friendly
Customer Care Consultant
to join our Kalgoorlie Trade Store! This is a
front-of-house, customer-facing role
where you'll be the first point of contact in-store. We're seeking someone with
solid retail/customer service experience
who is comfortable engaging with customers face-to-face and working closely within a team to keep the store running efficiently. If you enjoy building relationships, working in a fast-paced retail workplace, and delivering practical solutions to customers;
What You'll Be Doing n
n
Provide face-to-face customer service as the primary focus of the role
n
Assist customers with product selection and provide practical advice on industrial products
n
Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and organised shopfloor
n
Support stock replenishment, stocktakes, and merchandising activities
n
Safely handle and move stock (including items up to required weight limits)
n
Identify and elevate customer or operational issues when needed
n
Work collaboratively to maintain a safe, efficient, and supportive team environment
n
What We're Looking For n
n
Previous experience in retail, trade, or customer-facing roles (ideally with exposure to merchandising and/or replenishment)
n
Strong face-to-face communication skills and customer service manner
n




Proactive and reliable personality traits with an emphasis on wanting to make your workplace better
n
Physically capable of handling stock safely (according to WA workplace guidelines)
