As a Casual Trainer, you will facilitate accredited and non-accredited training programs, assess learner competency, and deliver high-quality training in line with national standards and organisational requirements. As Our Ideal Candidate, You Will Possess n
n
Passion for training and education in first aid, health, safety, mental health, or a related field.
n
Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
(TAE*****/TAE*****)
or equivalent.
n
Practical industry experience and/or qualifications in first aid or a related discipline.
n
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and motivate adult learners.
n
Professional, customer-focused approach and ability to represent St John positively.
n
Strong teamwork, collaboration, and sound basic IT skills.
n
Commitment to workplace health, safety,



and continuous learning.
n
Current driver's licence, reliable vehicle, and willingness to travel throughout Victoria, including regional areas.
