We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated
Factory Hand
to join our Manufacturing Team in Bendigo. This is an excellent opportunity to secure a long-term position with a well-established company that values hard work, teamwork, and personal growth.

Monday to Thursday: 7:00am to 3:30pm
n
Friday: 7:00am to 1:30pm

About the Role
n
As a Factory Hand, you will play an important role in the production and assembly of our premium security products, including Crimsafe security screens and doors.
n
Key responsibilities include:
n
Assembling security doors and screens to company standards
n
Operating factory machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
n
Using hand and power tools for manufacturing and assembly tasks
n
Reading and following production drawings and instructions
n




Receiving and handling incoming goods and materials
n
Maintaining quality control throughout the manufacturing process
n
Assisting with deliveries and supplier collections as required
n
Supporting installation teams on-site when required
n
Maintaining a clean, organised and safe work setting
n
Following all workplace health and safety procedures
n
About You
n
To be successful in this role, you will have:
n
A strong work ethic and positive attitude
n
Good attention to detail and pride in your workmanship
n
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
n
Competent use of hand and power tools
n
Good organisational and time-management skills
n
A current driver's licence
n
Forklift licence or willingness to obtain one
n
Previous Experience
n
Experience in manufacturing, assembly, fabrication, construction, trades assistance, or a similar hands-on role will be highly regarded. However, training will be provided for the right candidate with a willingness to learn.
n
Additional Requirements
n
Successful applicants will be required to complete a police check.
n
Applicants must have the right to work in Australia.
